Using the Surgery

Our area of operation is defined by an 8 mile radius around each Surgery: This encompasses Tilstock, Bettisfield, Lyneal, Cockshutt, Burlton, Harmer Hill, Weston, Stanton and Higher Heath. This enables us to offer an efficient and quick service for both Home Visits and Emergencies. To be able to give best service to our existing patients, we have a strict policy of not registering anyone who lives or moves outside the area. If you are unsure, please call.

To enable us to speed up your registration, please fill in all relevant details on the registration form. Your notes can then be requested from your previous doctor/Practice

If you are unsure you're within our catchment area please give us a call and we will confirm your eligibility. Once you are registered you will be able to take full advantage of all the services that we offer.
