What to do if you think you may have Swine Flu:

Check symptoms by:

• Visit www.nhs.uk
• Call the Swine Flu information line on 0800 1 513 513

If you still think you may have Swine Flu:

• Telephone the surgery.
  • A doctor will be able to provide a clinical diagnosis over the phone

Please do not come to the surgery...

This will only help to spread the flu!

If the doctor confirms you have Swine Flu he will issue a prescription or an authorisation voucher. Your nominated Flu Friend can then pick this up from the surgery and take it to a designated local collection center to pick up antivirals.
