Repeat Prescriptions
We can no longer accept repeat prescription requests over the telephone.

Wem:

Repeat prescriptions can be obtained by prior arrangement. To obtain your repeat prescription please leave your computer counterfoil in the box on the reception desk, or post it to the surgery, leaving 48 hours before you come in to collect it. Or you can fax it to 01939 235294.

A collection service can be provided by Chemists in Wem

By Post - if you would like us to post your prescription back to you, please send a S.A.E.

On-line Repeat medication requests.
Not available at present but please watch this space or contact the practice for details.

 

Prees:

Repeat prescription requests can only be accepted as a written request. You can fax your request to 01948 840765, you can post your request or place it in the box provided just outside the dispensary.

Dispensary
Prees is a dispensing practice for all patients who live more than one mile from a dispensing chemist. The opening hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm.
