The Practice operates from two separate sites in the Shropshire villages of Wem and Prees. Although in different locations they work together to serve the same catchment area extending to a radius of 8 miles. From Wem this encompasses Tilstock, Bettisfield, Lyneal, Cockshutt, Burlton, Harmer Hill, Weston, Stanton and Higher Heath. For a detailed map please click here.
