Comments, Suggestions, Compliments and Complaints

They will be pleased to hear from you verbally or in writing.

In the case of complaints we will investigate and we aim to respond within 14 days. If you have any constructive suggestions regarding any aspect of the surgery, we would also be very happy to hear from you.
